This will be the first year the Redhaven peach tree has blossoms. Last spring, this tree was planted as a bare root tree with just three short branches. Since then, more branches have grown to allow for possible peaches this year. I’m keeping this as a small tree and shaping the branches so it looks balanced. Due to the path of the sun, the tree’s branches have developed unevenly. In time I will encourage symmetrical development.
